A Small Reminder.
This is a small reminder.
To tell the ones you love that you love them.
To hug your mom.
And your dad.
To say hello to your neighbour.
To carry the grocery bags for the person you see struggling with the weight at the store.
To offer a hand to the slower moving senior stepping onto the crosswalk.
To buy a coffee for the person in the drive thru behind you.
To smile at a stranger.
To pay attention to the softness of another persons palm in yours.
To pick wildflowers on your way home from work and leave them on the counter for the person you live with.
To thank someone for making your day.
To tell your coworkers they are doing a great job.
To tell your friends that you are there for them.
And to remind them that they are doing their best.
To let go of things that are not worth weighing you down.
To forgive the one you’re angry with.
To reach out.
To look at every positive quality of a person you might be struggling to be close with.
To be thankful for every day of your life.
Because it’s short.
Life is so, so short.
And we don’t know when it ends.
We don’t know how much time we have left with eachother.
Don’t wait to wake up.
Don’t wait for something bad to happen to remind you to live.
Do it now.
Love hard. Breathe slow. Laugh loud. Open your mind. Chase your dreams.
This is just a thought.
A list of random acts of kindness.
A small reminder.
